Adapting to climate induced threats to food production and food security in the Karnali Region of Nepal

This project focuses on increasing the adaptive capacity of climate vulnerable, food insecurity in poor households through improving management of livelihood assets and natural resources in the mountain districts around Karnali. The aim objective includes strengthening local capacity to identify climate risks and design adaptive strategies, diversified livelihood and strengthened food security, and increase resilience of natural systems that support livelihoods to climate change induced stresses.
